I am a customer service manager for a (major retail chain) store and often take phone calls from disgruntled customers. One morning, a lady called me and had some questions about an iPod she had recently purchased from our store. After answering many questions, she finally said to me, “You know, I like how light this is right now because I can carry it in my purse. How much weight is added every time I add a song? I don’t want it to get too heavy for me to carry.” I then had to explain to her that her iPod’s weight would actually remain the same and that she would be carry it with her for as long as her iPod lasted.
