I Still Have Checks

I was working at a bank’s call center when I received a call from a woman who couldn’t figure out why her account was overdrawn. After going over her account with her, she still couldn’t figure out how she could have been overdrawn. She said, “How can I be out of money? I still have checks.” After that, there isn’t much you can do so I referred her to her local branch manager, personally called him and told him to take her checkbook away.
